Terms of Use / Who We Are | Back to blog

FloridaArbitrationLaw.com was created in April 2006 in light of the weekly developments in Florida law involving the enforcement of arbitration. More recently, we have also seen a growth in appeals from arbitration. This trend has been growing for several years and has become its own niche practice area.

While Florida seems to be on the cutting edge of these legal issues, other state and federal courts have provided some useful persuasive authorities which are also discussed.

FloridaArbitrationLaw.com welcomes comments, contributions, articles, briefs, motions, orders and decisions from all jurisdictions. We welcome input from both plaintiff and defense counsel as well as perspectives of arbitrators, consumers, advocates, and all others. Please email us here.
